Ordering
There is a minimum order of 2 packages per order, combining is possible.
Submit your order at least one day in advance before 12:00 via the Landal App.
It is not possible to order a combination of Barbecue and Gourmet packages in 1 order
Should you wish to do so, you must place two separate orders! First, place an order for the desired Gourmet package (with a minimum purchase of 2 packages) and complete the order by making payment. Then you must place a new order for the desired Barbecue arrangements (the minimum order of 2 arrangements also applies here).
Deliveries on 1 January
It is not possible to place an order for delivery on 1 January, we apologise for the inconvenience. Should you still wish to gourmet or barbecue on 1 January, please place your order for delivery on 31 December. Orders for delivery on 31 December must reach us by 12 noon on 30 December at the latest!
Delivery
On the desired delivery date, the order will be delivered to the accommodation between 13:00 - 17:00. You will be informed about the delivery time of your order via an SMS message. This SMS message will include a specific time slot when the driver will deliver your order.
Driver is late
The driver will contact you by phone if they cannot deliver on time due to, for example, an incident.
Delivery to accommodation
The packages and all related supplies are delivered in crates and will be delivered to the accommodation, even at car-free parks. In the unlikely event of your absence, you can collect your order from the Parkshop (only during opening hours).
Collecting crates after use
You will be informed about the collection time of your crates via an SMS message.
This SMS message contains a specific time slot when the driver will pick up your crates.
Collection of the crates with the rubbish (you do not have to clean anything) will take place between 08:30 and 14:00 at the relevant accommodation where the order was delivered. You do not have to stay in the accommodation for the collection of the crates and may place the items in front of the accommodation.
Allergen information
The allergen information is listed at the bottom of each package. This is the allergen information of the contents of the entire package, the allergen information is not listed per dish. Do you prefer information about allergens per dish? Please contact the ParkShop.
